- Responsible for developing long-term relationships with Sal7lyy's clients.
- Execute and monitor operations and procedures in accordance with operational execution policies and organizational policies.
- Tasks include scheduling appointments, notifying technicians of requests via phone and email, ensuring technician arrival confirmation, completing orders and obtaining prices, and dispatching technicians for invoicing.
- Maintain and update client data on the department's used execution tool.
- Implement customer service policies and instructions.
- Receive service requests from various request reception sources.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
