Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Holidays Manager at Sun Tours Jordan in Amman. The Holidays Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating holiday trips, managing client inquiries and bookings, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel planning, coordination, and management
- Strong organizational and logistical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of local and international holiday destinations
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
