Lychee is Egypt's homegrown and leading healthy F&B brand, operating since 2012. Today, we have a 5000sqm factory, including a Greek yogurt production line, central kitchen and bakery, supplying our 30+ branches across premium locations. Our mission is simple, making healthier food choices accessible & sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle.

Lychee's offering has evolved across our four ever growing sales channels; branches, online, HORECA & modern trade, boasting our diverse product portfolio. From salads, wraps, warm bowls & natural juices to homemade granola, protein bars and of course our authentic Greek yogurt.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise the daily operations of the fresh juice section, encompassing the preparation and serving of fresh juice products, maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales and profitability of the fresh juice section, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing promotional initiatives.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in fresh juice products, maintaining impeccable standards of presentation and taste.
• Effectively manage inventory levels and procurement to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and spoilage.
• Provide comprehensive training and supervision to staff members, offering guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure exemplary service and compliance with organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products or processes, employing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and 5S, while ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor customer feedback, promptly addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner, and consistently striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Foster collaboration with other department heads and management to synchronize activities and achieve overarching business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in fresh juice products, offering recommendations for enhancements or innovations to elevate the section's offerings.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Fresh Juice within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in a similar leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage sector, with a specialization in fresh juice products.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team towards achieving shared goals.
• Superior organizational acumen and multitasking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Profound understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, coupled with an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
