Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Jbeil for a phone operator. The phone operator will handle incoming calls, track and monitor resources, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to meet the client's needs. Additionally, the phone operator will communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Shift Overview: Night shift, 9 hours/shift, different shift timings are available
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Office presence is mandatory
  • Salary in USD + benefits including transportation and insurance

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Preference is given to those living in Jbeil and its surrounding areas
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience as a phone operator or a similar role
  • Excellent Customer Support skills
