Position Summary

The general role for the Team Leaderincludes leading the team of field Project workers and making sure that the

Project work is executed in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with the time, resources and financial

planning.  


General responsibilities

 Comply always and fully with PIPECARE HSE requirements

 Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first

time)

 Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets

 Respect and support fellow employees at all times

 Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)

 Act in such a manner that PIPECARE’s reputation is highly respected

 Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for PIPECARE’s final

product

 Follow PIPECARE’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required

 Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE

 Identify training requirements


Job Functions, Responsibilities

 Prepare, sign and submit pigging report, daily report and other relevant reports to Project Manager.

 Discuss equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets, launching trays,

spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.

 Report non-compliances, near-misses, etc.

 Attend safety and technical and professional development courses / trainings.

 Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures and other project-

related documents

 Establish professional contact with client’s field personnel creating friendly working relations

 Manage and develop the team to execute field work in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with time,

resource and financial planning.

 Is authorized to stop execution of any work at site if it is unsafe or may create unsafe work conditions.

 Coordinate field activities between PIPECARE team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties.

 Visit client’s sites (site kick-off meetings, field surveys, risk assessment review meetings, etc.).

 Execute all other tasks as requested by POM and/or Executive Team within the assigned job role.

and build forecasts.


Skills

Skills/Experience:

 Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) plus 3 years of operation planning experience

 Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure

 Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level

 Fluency in English, the language
