DRC has implemented projects in Central Darfur, South Kordofan, Gedaref, Port Sudan, and White Nile. Against a background of political crisis, Sudan faces economic and social turmoil, with sharp increases in food and energy costs, further exacerbated by disease outbreaks and ongoing conflict.</p><p> </p><p><strong>POSITION PROFILE</strong></p><p><strong>The overall purpose of the role</strong>:</p><p>The MEAL Partnership Specialist supports the strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems and practices of DRC’s local partners, including national NGOs, CBOs, and volunteer groups such as Emergency Response Rooms and Mutual Aid Groups. </p><p>Working under the supervision of the MEAL Manager and in close coordination and technical guidance from the Partnership Manager/ Partnership Coordinator, the role provides tailored technical support to partners in developing MEAL frameworks, data collection tools, partners’ IPTTs, FCM and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with DRC MEAL standards and donor requirements.</p><p>The position focuses on improving data quality, verification of Means of Verification (MoVs), capturing and sharing lessons learnt, and accuracy of reporting practices, including consolidation of indicators in the indicators in the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT). <p>القسم/ الوحدة: الطبية<br>المستوى الدراسي: 11 (2723 دولار أميركي شهرياً كراتب إجمالي)<br>المشرف: المرجع الطبي للمشروع<br>عدد الوظائف: 1<br>محطة الواجب: مقيمة حالياً في منطقة كرايري، مع إمكانيات لمراكز عمل عبر ولاية الخرطوم (خصوصاً شرق النيل)<br>المدة: 6 أشهر<br>تاريخ الإغلاق: 29 أغسطس 2026</p><h4>الخلفية</h4><p>Médecins Sans Frontières – Switzerland (MSF-Swiss) هي منظمة طبية إنسانية غير ربحية دولية ومستقلة وغير منحازة. تقدم MSF مساعدات إنسانية وطبية حصراً للسكان المحتاجين، دون discrimination على أساس العرق أو الدين أو الفلسفة أو السياسة وتستقل عن أي سلطة سياسية أو دينية أو عسكرية أو اقتصادية.</p><p> </p><p>في MSF سويسرا، نلتزم بثقافة شاملة تدعم وتبرز الأصوات المتنوعة لأعضائنا. نسعى لخلق أماكن عمل يعمل فيها فرق من أشخاص من خلفيات وسمات وآراء وتجارب مختلفة معاً لتعزيز المهمة الاجتماعية لـMSF وتحقيق نتائج أفضل لمرضانا والمجتمعات التي نعمل معها.</p><p>نفهم أن بعض الأشخاص قد يترددون في التقدم للوظيفة إذا لم يستوفوا جميع المتطلبات الواردة. تُظهر الأبحاث أن هذا ينطبق بشكل خاص على النساء. إذا كنت ترى أن ملفك الشخصي مناسب لهذا المنصب، ندعوك للتقديم حتى وإن لم تستوفِ كل المؤهلات المذكورة.</p><p>نشجع الطلبات من أشخاص من جميع الأجناس والأعمار والأعراق والخلفيات والأديان والمعتقدات والقدرات وجميع صفات التنوع الأخرى.</p><p>لا تتسامح MSF مع الاستغلال الجنسي أو الانتهاك، وأي نوع من التمييز أو harassment، بما في ذلك التحرش الجنسي.</p><p> </p><h4>المهام والمسؤوليات</h4><p><strong>الغرض الرئيسي من المنصب:</strong> </p><p> </p><p>تعريف وتنسيق ومراقبة الأنشطة الطبية تحت مسؤوليته/مسؤوليتها وفق بروتوكولات MSF ومعاييرها وإجراءاتها من أجل ضمان تقديم رعاية طبية ذات جودة للمرضى ومجتمعاتهم، وكذلك لتحسين حالة الصحة للسكان المستهدفين </p><p> </p><p><strong>المسؤوليات:</strong> </p><p> </p><p>تنسيق وتقييم والإشراف على الأداء الصحيح للأنشطة الطبية (الإيدز، السل، الأمراض المنقولة جنسياً، العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، وغيرها)، وفق بروتوكولات MSF ومعاييرها وإجراءاتها ومن خلال تجميع البيانات الطبية وتحليلها المتعلقة بصحة المرضى. </p><p>المشاركة في وضع التخطيط السنوي والميزانية للمشروع ومتابعة البرامج/ المشروع. الإشراف والتأكد من تحقيق أهداف الأنشطة الطبية under his/her responsibility، مع الإبلاغ إلى المرجع الفني عن أي مشكلة تعترض الخدمة </p><p>التحقق من جميع الإجراءات الإدارية المتعلقة بمتابعة المرضى (تعبئة البطاقة الفردية، السجلات، الخروج الورقي، التفريغ، التحويلات ...) وتكون مطبقة بشكل صحيح وبموجب إجراءات MSF. </p><p>ضمان إدارة صيدلية فعالة ومراقبة الاستخدام الرشيد للصيدلة. بالتعاون مع خدمة الطب الحيوي للمشروع متابعة الاستخدام المناسب للأجهزة الطبية وتوقع الاحتياجات المستقبلية. إعداد أوامر الطبية اللازمة لتنفيذ الأنشطة الطبية under his/her responsibility، وتحديد والإبلاغ إلى مدير الخط احتياجات الدعم غير الطبية (المواد، البنية التحتية، النقل، إلخ) </p><p>تنسيق ومراقبة خطة العمل اليومية للفريق تحت مسؤوليته (الغائبين، الإجازات، تتبع الإجازات...). المشاركة في الورديات واستبدال الطبيب إذا لزم الأمر </p><p>التخطيط والإشراف، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية، على العمليات المرتبطة (التوظيف، التدريب، تقييم الأداء، التطوير والاتصالات الداخلية) للموظفين under his/her responsibility من أجل تحسين قدرات الموظفين وضمان كل من التكبير ونطاق المعرفة المطلوب </p><p>المشاركة في التقارير الشهرية وفقاً للإرشادات (مثلاً تقارير SITReps، التقارير الإحصائية الطبية، إلخ). </p><p> </p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الخاصة بالسياق</strong> </p><p> </p><p><strong>الرؤية الاستراتيجية والتخطيط التشغيلي</strong> </p><p>المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية التشغيلية الطبية بما يتماشى مع أهداف المشروع. </p><p>تحليل الاتجاهات الوبائية واحتياجات الرعاية الصحية والتطورات السياقية لإرشاد الأولويات الطبية. </p><p>المشاركة في تطوير ومراقبة ومراجعة الخطط الطبية السنوية والميزانيات وأطر النشاط. </p><p>ضمان توافق الأنشطة الطبية مع بروتوكولات MSF/MoH، والإرشادات الوطنيّة ومتطلبات المانحين. </p><p>دعم الاستعداد للطوارئ والتخطيط للاستجابة. </p><p> </p><p><strong>القيادة الطبية والإشراف الفني</strong> </p><p>قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة والتقييم لجميع الأنشطة الطبية ضمن المشروع. </p><p>التأكد من الالتزام ببروتوكولات MSF/MoH الطبية والإرشادات ومعايير الرعاية وتقديم تغذية راجعة منتظمة إلى موظفي وزارة الصحة (الأطباء). </p><p>مراقبة جودة الخدمات السريرية وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين الجودة. </p><p>تقديم التوجيه الفني لفرق الطب ودعم اتخاذ القرار المبني على الأدلة. </p><p>الإشراف على الاستخدام الرشيد للموارد الطبية والأدوية/الوصفات العلاجية والخدمات التشخيصية. </p><p> </p><p><strong>إدارة وتطوير الأفراد</strong> </p><p>الإشراف المباشر ودعم أعضاء الفريق الطبي تحت مسؤوليته (أخصائي طب الأطفال MSF وMDs، موظفو MoH
