الفقر والضعف. </p><p> </p><p>تعمل GOAL في السودان منذ 1985، لضمان حصول الأفقر والأكثر ضعفاً والمتأثرين بالأزمات الإنسانية على الحقوق الأساسية للحياة، بما في ذلك المأوى الكافي، الغذاء وسبل العيش، الماء والصرف الصحي، التغذية، الرعاية الصحية، والتعليم. تنفّذ GOAL نطاقاً من برامج التنمية المتعدد القطاعات والمرونة والتعافي والاستجابة الإنسانية من خلال مراعاة القضايا العامة مثل النوع الاجتماعي والشفافية مدير الخدمات السريرية مسؤولاً عن توفير القيادة والتوجيه الفني والرقابة لضمان تقديم خدمات صحية سريرية ووقائية عالية الجودة عبر مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية المدعومة. ينسّق المدير العمليات السريرية ويشرف عليها، ويضمن الامتثال للمعايير الوطنية ومتطلبات المانحين، ويعزز أنظمة الإحالة، ويدعم تطوير قدرات كوادر الصحة. كما يشارك في التنسيق مع السلطات الصحية المحلية والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة من المجتمع medical supplies, including WHO norms and standards</li><li>Familiarity with Sudan national health police and international humanitarian health standards.</li><li>Understanding of integrated health programming including surveillance, outbreak response, and health promotion</li><li>Capacity in needs assessment and supply of drugs/medicines to health facilities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical
