We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kuwait. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to management
  9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  10. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and excellent customer service

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the same industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  8. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
  9. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  10. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
