Channels Segment Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for SFDC adoption and data quality (follow up with SFDC Owners/Commercial team) Generating reports and KPI's updating periodically (hit rate, open opps status, leads status/conversion rate) Creating periodic SOs forecasting based on actual data (actual v. target), owning the quotation tools deployment and implementation (SAP & Conga) Monitoring and guaranteering compliance with required standards and ensuring data is documented/maintained the sales tools (SPAs, RDD, approvals - TOA, clean order policy, etc) Proper coordination among stakeholders targeting an optimized solution with a win-win approach (i.e. Tech. solution, Price, RDD, etc.) Owning final quotation issuance from all aspect with regards to compliance (i.e. Price, Delivery, Customer financial status), PO validation v. Final Quotation, proper handover of PO to customer operations, responsible for products master data administration Working alongside the PMDs, sales managers, customer operations and RDC team, if applicable, in completing day-to-day MMD related activities, responsible for customer/commercial master data administration (Admin. customer .credit limit review), administration of risk review - lean and global (Data collection/Processing) Pre-Sales customer case management

Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor's degree - Electrical Engineer
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience relevant field
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
