Carrying out a hand over if another uses the vehicle</li><li>Ensuring the security of passengers in the vehicle, driving carefully, observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country as well as <strong>MSF</strong> security rules, in order to avoid car accidents.</li><li> Ensuring all passengers have all necessary papers in order before travelling, and ensuring non <strong>MSF</strong> staff sign disclaimers of responsibility before using the vehicle</li><li>Ensuring correct loading and unloading of the vehicle, submitting the documents to the receiver of the goods, checking the status of delivered goods, returning the duly completed documents to Logistics and ensuring that the goods have the necessary documents</li><li>Ensuring that all vehicle documents and the driver's driving license are valid and in the vehicle.</li><li>Informing the line manager of any incident involving the transportation of passengers and/or goods.</li><li>Knowing how to use all types of radios, codes, call numbers and radio alphabets by heart and communicating with base according to <strong>MSF</strong> communications policy to inform the driver's position and any potential implications.</li><li>Knowing and respecting the security rules related to vehicle movements, specifically those related to customs, checkpoints and roadblocks. Ensuring all passengers know and respect the security rules</li></ul><p><strong>PZU Base:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records, mileage records, and trip sheets, submitting them to the supervisor as required. </li><li>Conduct and document pre-departure and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting mechanical defects, damages, or maintenance needs to the line manager. </li><li>Ensure that safety equipment, including spare wheel, jack, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, recovery equipment, and communication devices, are present, functional, and ready for use before every journey. </li><li>Support the implementation of fleet management procedures by monitoring service schedules and informing the supervisor when periodic maintenance is due. </li><li>Immediately report security incidents, accidents, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, or any unusual events occurring during movements, following MSF reporting procedures. </li><li>Ensur strict compliance with travel management procedures, including obtaining movement authorization, respecting curfew restrictions, and completing required movement tracking communications. </li><li>Assist passengers with loading, unloading, and handling of sensitive medical, logistical, or program materials while ensuring their safe transport and protection from loss or damage. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicles at all times, ensuring they reflect MSF standards and image. </li><li>Support emergency operations and medical referrals when required, remaining available for urgent movements according to operational needs and security guidelines. </li><li>Ensure confidentiality regarding MSF activities, destinations, passenger identities, operational information, and medical referrals encountered during duties. </li><li>Participate in driver meetings, refresher trainings, defensive driving courses, and security briefings to maintain required competencies and operational readiness. </li><li>Promote safe driving practices by actively preventing overloading, unauthorized passengers, distracted driving, and unsafe vehicle operation</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td><ol><li><strong>Education</strong></li></ol></td><td>Essential literacy and driving license ( General).
