The Opportunity The Group is running a large-scale finance transformation programme built around three interdependent systems: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Global Finance Hub and payment system (Kyriba).
In this context, we are looking for a D365 Solutions & Administration Manager with the ability to own the architecture and integrations of this finance application stack, ensure its technical and functional consistency, and guarantee its security and maintainability over time. This role is the technical cornerstone of the finance transformation — turning strategy into reliable, scalable solutions.
The Responsibilities Participate in the design and maintain the data flow architecture between D365 and other platforms — integration patterns, refresh frequencies, error handling and rejection management. Own the implementation and evolution of cross-system connectors Define Group integration architecture standards (middleware layer, API management, protocols). Assess the impact of system upgrades (D365 releases) on the integration architecture and drive the necessary adaptations. Develop the documentation of the architecture and keep it up to date as deployments progress across the 80 entities. Administer the D365 Finance & Operations platform at Group level: environment management (production, UAT, sandbox), update deployments, second-level incident management. Define, assign and maintain security roles and access rights in D365 in accordance with the principle of least privilege and Segregation of Duties requirements. Ensure D365 configuration remains aligned with the Group core model and document approved derogations. Act as the primary technical point of contact with Microsoft for administration, Premier Support and D365 Finance roadmap topics. Configure and maintain Group D365 financial settings: Chart of Accounts, financial dimensions, organisational structures, legal entities. Provide second-level functional support to local finance teams on configuration and integration topics. Support the standardisation of P2P, O2C and month-end close processes in D365, working closely with Finance Transformation and Consolidation teams. Explore and implement D365 Copilot AI agent capabilities (Copilot Studio) to automate high-value tasks: data matching, anomaly detection, close assistance. Ensure data quality at source in D365: completeness of analytical dimensions, referential consistency, flow anomaly detection. Work closely with the Finance Hub Data Engineering team to ensure data extracted from D365 to the data warehouse is reliable and structured in line with the Group data model. Contribute to compliance audits (internal control, SOX) covering the D365 technical perimeter and integrations.
The Qualifications Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent (Master's level or equivalent experience).3 to 5 years of experience on a D365 Finance & Operations scope, covering at least two of the following areas: integration architecture, administration/security, functional finance configuration. F&O D365 certification is a plus Experience on multi-system ERP integration projects Experience in an international, multi-entity Group environment is a significant advantage. Strong command of D365 Finance & Operations: functional configuration, security architecture, environment and release management. Knowledge of ERP integration architectures: REST APIs, OData, D365 connectors, middleware (Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps or equivalent). Hands-on experience with Power Automate . Understanding of Group finance flows: P2P, O2C, bank reconciliation, month-end close, consolidation. Fluent English is mandatory — French is a plus. End-to-end mindset. Autonomy and ability to prioritise in a multi-project, multi-country environment. Strong communication skills — able to explain technical topics to non-technical finance stakeholders (local CFOs, management controllers). Documentation discipline — in an 80-country deployment, what is not documented does not exist. Comfortable working remotely with teams spread across multiple time zones.
