Geographic Scope: Sudan- FULLY REMOTE (No requirement to travel to an office; meetings via WhatsApp)

Contract Type: Independent Consultant, Remote (Paid probationary period followed by a long-term contract)

Job Overview: Sahara Research Institute is an international consulting firm specializing in in-depth field research in complex environments. 

Purpose: The telecommunications industry faces unique challenges in complex environments, like Sudan. We serve both humanitarian organizations and investors seeking to understand the challenges associated with Sudanese telecommunications. We seek to leverage local expertise to ensure our field data reflects the nuanced socio-political realities of the region, providing our clients with unparalleled accuracy in complex environments.

Seeking: We are seeking individuals with technical backgrounds, who have hands-on experience with telecommunications in Sudan.

• النطاق الجغرافي: السودان - نظام العمل عن بُعد بالكامل (لا يتطلب الحضور لمقر العمل؛ تُجرى الاجتماعات عبر تطبيق واتساب).
• نوع العقد: مستشار مستقل، عن بُعد (فترة تجريبية مدفوعة الأجر، يليه عقد طويل الأمد).
