Job Purpose:

Business Development Executive: Responsible to expand our clientele through Business Consultants. He / She would be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales & business development strategy.  The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with consultants, business partners and create strategies based on research & trend analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through consultants.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing consultants and customers.

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.

Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.

Ensure follow ­up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls ­to­ action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.

Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

Overcome objections of prospective customers.

Emphasize product/service features and benefits.

Identify roadshows and organize across potential countries.

Create relationship and tie-ups with trade organizations, councils.

Target new untapped industry sectors.

Attend sales exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.

Preparing event report and feedback after the event.
