Overview: Study-On is a institute specializing in English, Arabic, IELTS preparation, and student consultancy services. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online Social Media Marketing (SMM) and offline marketing strategies to generate leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

1). Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

2). Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with our target audience and drive traffic to our website.

3). Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to promote our programs and services.

4). Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

5). Analyze social media and website metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

6). Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.

7). Coordinate offline marketing activities, such as events, workshops, and promotional campaigns, to attract prospective students.

8). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth.

9). Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and student consultancy.

10). Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.


Skills

Requirements:

1). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2).Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.

3). Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.

4). Experience working in the education sector or student consultancy is preferred.

5). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

6). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7). Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and student recruitment.

8). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9). Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.

10). Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
