Job Purpose:
Drive Joramco’s revenue growth by promoting services and establishing effective communication with customers through various channels, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Joramco’s services and manage customer communication through various channels.
- Prepare and deliver offers and quotations in response to RFQs/RFPs.
- Follow up on special sales campaigns, suggest improvements, and explore new sales opportunities.
- Customize and administer contracts, prepare standard agreements, and handle adjustments during negotiations.
- Coordinate customer pre-input requirements and manage warranty claims.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, including price and ELR statistics, and maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- University degree in Aviation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with additional business administration qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in aviation.
- Strong customer service orientation and understanding of contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and business applications (e.g., Tableau, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- High proficiency in creating presentations and handling data analysis.
