Personnel Management & Capacity Building</strong> </p><ul><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to SIHA?s Sudan staff, including performance management, coaching, and capacity development. </li><li>Contribute to staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development in Sudan. </li><li>Ensure staff adherence to SIHA?s policies, values, and feminist principles. </li><li>Ensure adherence to safeguarding, ethical conduct, and SIHA?s duty of care standards. </li></ul><p><strong>6.
