the information management components of Health Cluster assessments in collaboration with national and sub-national coordination teams, including partner capacity mapping, service availability and DRC has implemented projects in Central Darfur, South Kordofan, Gedaref, Port Sudan, and White Nile. Sudan hosts one of the largest displaced populations in Africa, with over 3.7 million internally displaced people and over 1.1 million refugees from South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Central African Republic, Chad, Yemen and Syria. Against a background of political crisis, Sudan faces economic and social turmoil, with sharp increases in food and energy costs, further exacerbated by disease outbreaks and ongoing conflict.</p><p> </p><p><strong>POSITION PROFILE</strong></p><p><strong>The overall purpose of the role</strong>:</p><p>The MEAL Partnership Specialist supports the strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems and practices of DRC’s local partners, including national NGOs, CBOs, and volunteer groups such as Emergency Response Rooms and Mutual Aid Groups. </p><p>Working under the supervision of the MEAL Manager and in close coordination and technical guidance from the Partnership Manager/ Partnership Coordinator, the role provides tailored technical support to partners in developing MEAL frameworks, data collection tools, partners’ IPTTs, FCM and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with DRC MEAL standards and donor requirements.</p><p>The position focuses on improving data quality, verification of Means of Verification (MoVs), capturing and sharing lessons learnt, and accuracy of reporting practices, including consolidation of indicators in the indicators in the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT). <p>رقم الشاغر: 2<br>القسم/الوحدة: المشتريات<br>الدرجة الوظيفية: NM<br>المشرف: مدير أعمال المشتريات<br>عدد الوظائف: 1<br>مكان العمل: الدامر<br>المدة: سنة واحدة<br>تاريخ الإغلاق: 30 سبتمبر 2026</p><h4>خلفية عن الوظيفة</h4><p>بصفتك <strong>منسق مشتريات LVS</strong>، ستكون مسؤولاً عن نشاط الشراء في شركة BAT. يُعد هذا الدور محورياً لنجاحنا التشغيلي، حيث يتطلب منك قيادة مفاوضات التكلفة المعقدة والتنسيق للمناقصات لتحقيق التوازن بين الجودة العالية للخدمة وأقصى قدر من كفاءة التكلفة. سينطبق نطاق عملك على كل من العمليات والوظائف المؤسسية لدينا، مما يضمن تقديم دعم مشتريات سلس عبر جميع قطاعات الشركة.</p><h4>المهام والمسؤوليات</h4><ul><li>تطوير وتنفيذ العطاءات/المناقصات وعمليات طلب المعلومات/طلب العروض/طلب الأسعار (RFI/RFP/RFQ). وإدارة الاتصالات مع وبين المتقدمين المحتملين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.</li><li>مراجعة ومقارنة وتحليل وإعداد تقارير عن جميع المشتريات.</li><li>التواصل مع الموردين المفضلين أو، إذا لزم الأمر، الموردين المحليين/العالميين/الجدد للبضائع أو الخدمات المطلوبة.</li><li>إدارة قوية للموردين وأصحاب المصلحة، والحفاظ على اتصالات فعالة داخلياً وخارجياً.</li><li>الاحتفاظ ببيانات الموردين وتحديثها مثل المؤهلات والتسليم.</li><li>تنظيم الزيارات الميدانية وجمع العينات إذا لزم الأمر، لأنشطة التوريد ذات الصلة.</li><li>التفاوض واستخدام الأدوات الإلكترونية لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى للشركة.</li><li>نقطة الاتصال الوحيدة لجميع الاستفسارات الواردة من الموردين للمشاريع ذات الصلة.</li><li>تسجيل أنشطة التوريد على الأدوات الإلكترونية وضمان إكمال خطوات الموافقة.</li><li>إعداد تقارير عن أنشطة LVS، وأوامر الشراء الأثر الرجعي والمجزأة، وبيانات الإنفاق والامتثال بشكل شهري.</li><li>العمل عن كثب مع فريق المشاريع لفهم تفاصيل متطلبات المشتريات.</li><li>تنفيذ أنشطة إنشاء وإيقاف وإلغاء إيقاف حسابات الموردين على النظام.</li><li>إدارة التقارير اليومية والشهرية والربع سنوية.</li><li>ضمان إجراءات الامتثال أثناء عملية إنشاء حسابات الموردين.</li><li>دعم إتمام العقود وضمان التسليم السلس للفريق التشغيلي بعد الترسية.</li><li>تنفيذ خطط التوريد لتحقيق التوفير في التكاليف وتحسين القيمة.</li></ul><p> </p><h4>الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرة المطلوبة</h4><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو الإدارة، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2 - 3 سنوات في المشتريات والتوريد الاستراتيجي.</li><li> مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعلاقات مع الآخرين للتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين على جميع المستويات.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية ومالية استثنائية، مع قدرة مثبتة في تحليل التكاليف وتحقيق القيمة.</li><li>مهارات متقدمة في Excel وPowerPoint وعرض البيانات لتوصيل المعلومات المعقدة بإقناع لأصحاب المصلحة.</li><li>فهم قوي لعمليات التوريد الشاملة (RFx)، ومبادئ العقود، وأفضل الممارسات في مجال المشتريات.</li></ul><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/WWtAOhERdWU?si=fiWDI4ouuqHGkCea"></oembed></figure>
