Mercy Corps’ current areas of programming include food security and livelihoods, WASH, health,<br>nutrition, peace building and protection, resilience, and Market Systems Development.<br>The EU Youth programme is an European Commission-funded action implemented by Mercy Corps in<br>consortium with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and local partners to support conflict- and<br>displacement-affected young people aged 15–35 in nine target states (of which Mercy Corps will work in<br>four (and potentially 5) states: South Darfur, Kassala, River Nile, and North and South Kordofans). The 42-<br>month program started in January 2026, and will respond to Sudan’s protracted crisis by combining shortterm<br>income opportunities with pathways to longer-term economic recovery, while strengthening protection<br>and social cohesion for youth, especially young women, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and youth with<br>disabilities.<br>Through an integrated approach, the EU Youth programme will deliver labour-intensive, community-based<br>public works and Cash for Work (CFW) activities that rehabilitate priority community assets and improve<br>access to services and markets, alongside market-relevant training, entrepreneurship support, and<br>linkages to employment and financial services (including VSLAs). All activities are designed using conflictand<br>inclusive approaches and are informed by assessments, with protection mainstreaming and<br>community safety measures embedded where feasible to support safe participation and reduce<br>vulnerabilities.</p><p><br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>The Grants and Partnerships Coordinator will support the EU Youth programme (EMPOWER), leading the<br>day-to-day management of the programme’s partnerships with five local implementing partner NGOs<br>across the five target states. In Sudan, UNEP implements environmental governance, climate resilience, natural resource management and recovery programmes in partnership with national, state and local authorities, communities, civil society organizations and development partners.</p><p>Dinder National Park is one of Sudan’s most important protected areas and supports significant biodiversity, wildlife habitats, seasonal wetlands, forests, rangelands and water systems. The park is also closely connected to the livelihoods and resource-use practices of communities in the surrounding areas of Sennar, Gedaref and Blue Nile states.</p><p>Climate change, land degradation, agricultural expansion, population displacement, weak natural resource governance and increasing demand for land, water, forest products and grazing resources have placed considerable pressure on the park and its surrounding landscapes. These pressures have contributed to the degradation of wildlife habitats, blockage and sedimentation of mayas and seasonal water channels, loss of vegetation cover, soil erosion, expansion of cultivation into ecologically sensitive areas, unsustainable use of forest resources, human–wildlife interactions and conflicts among farmers, pastoralists, communities and park authorities.</p><p>The conflict that began in April 2023 has further affected livelihoods, public infrastructure, markets, institutional capacities and access to natural resources. <p><strong>نظرة عامة عن الشركة والوظيفة</strong></p><p>شركة رائدة في مجال التطوير والتسويق في السودان، تلتزم بتقديم حلول مبتكرة وخدمات عالية الجودة لعملائنا. </p><p>نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق ذو خبرة القيادة لتنظيم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الشاملة التي تعزز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتزيد من الحصة السوقية. </p><p>يقع العمل في نيالا، ويشمل التقيد بالسياسات المؤسسية والتحليلات الدقيقة لقياس فاعلية الحملات وتحقيق أهداف النمو.</p><p> </p><p><strong>المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية</strong></p><ul><li>تصميم وتنفيذ خطة تسويق متكاملة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة واستراتيجيات النمو.</li><li>إدارة وتوجيه فريق التسويق بما في ذلك الإعلانات الرقمية، العلاقات العامة، والتسويق بالمحتوى.</li><li>تطوير استراتيجيات العلامة التجارية والهوية البصرية وضمان الاتساق عبر جميع القنوات.</li><li>تحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسين وتحديد الفرص والتوصيات التحسينية.</li><li>وضع الميزانية الإعلانية ورفع تقارير دورية عن الأداء وإعداد تقارير العوائد على الاستثمار (ROI).</li><li>التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لتحديد العملاء المستهدفين وتحسين مسار الشراء.</li><li>إدارة العلاقات مع شركاء القنوات وتقييم الأداء لشركاء الاعتماد والوكالات الخارجية.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>المؤهلات والمتطلبات</strong></p><ul><li>درجة جامعية في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل وجود شهادات مهنية في التسويق الرقمي أو إدارة المشاريع.</li><li>خبرة عملية من 1 إلى 5 سنوات في دور تسويقي مع قدرات قيادية، ويفضل في بيئة أعمال محلية بالسودان.</li><li>إلمام قوي ببناء وتوجيه استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي والإعلانات وقياس الأداء.</li><li>قدرة على التخطيط الاستراتيجي، التنظيم، واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات.</li><li>مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة العربية، والقدرة على تقديم عروض وتقارير عالية الجودة.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>المهارات المطلوبة</strong></p><ul><li>قيادة فريق وتوجيه فعال.</li><li>تحليل بيانات السوق والتقارير الإحصائية.</li><li>إدارة ميزانية وتوجيه استثمارات التسويق بفعالية.</li><li>إتقان أدوات التسويق الرقمي (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، البريد الإلكتروني، الإعلانات المدفوعة، وتحسين محركات البحث).</li><li>التفكير الاستراتيجي والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>الفوائد والمزايا</strong></p><ul><li>راتب تنافسي ومزايا وظيفية مناسبة للسوق المحلي.</li><li>بيئة عمل داعمة وفرص تطوير مهني وتدريب مستمر.</li></ul>
