We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, acting and bearing witness to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions, and promoting respect for their dignity and fundamental rights. </p><p>HI work in around sixty countries in emergency, reconstruction, chronic crisis and development contexts. Founded in 1982 and a co-recipient of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize, the organization has been working alongside vulnerable populations, in particular people with disabilities. Together with a Sudanese NGO, we provide physical and functional rehabilitation as well as mental health & psychosocial support in health centers and communities. most critical and highpriority cases according to the guidelines of HI’s emergency rehabilitation interventions. </li><li>Under the supervision of the Physiotherapist pre-screening and prioritization for accurate assessment, planning, and provision of appropriate therapy to the beneficiaries including ongoing evaluation/re-assessment of the beneficiaries within the constraints of the project resources and using local resources at the fixed point, the beneficiaries’ home, and where relevant. </li><li>According to the outcomes of the assessment of the beneficiaries’ needs (taking into account her/his daily activities, the participation of her/his caregiver, etc.…), and consultation with the Rehab Officer develop an appropriate rehab intervention and treatment plan. </li><li>Ensure <p>القسم/الوحدة: قسم DRM<br>المستوى الوظيفي: 3<br>المشرف: مدير تقني WHCA، ولاية النيل الأزرق<br>عدد الوظائف: 1<br>محطة العمل: النيل الأزرق<br>المدة: 12 شهراً<br>تاريخ الإغلاق: 13 أغسطس 2026</p><h4>الخلفية</h4><p><strong>الخلفية</strong></p><p>يهدف مشروع المياه في صميم عمل المناخ (WHCA) إلى تعزيز المرونة المناخية وتحسين الوصول إلى خدمات مياه آمنة ومستدامة للمجتمعات الضعيفة في السودان. يدعم المشروع التكيف المناخي القائم على المجتمع، إدارة الموارد المائية، أنظمة الإنذار المبكر، ومبادرات تعزيز القدرات بالتعاون مع السلطات المحلية، ولجان المجتمع، والشركاء.</p><p> </p><p>سيقوم الموظف الميداني بدعم تنفيذ وتنسيق ورصد وتقارير أنشطة مشروع WHCA على مستوى الميدان في ولاية النيل الأزرق. يتطلب المنصب تواصلاً منتظماً مع المجتمعات، وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين، والفرق الفنية لضمان تقديم التدخلات في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.</p><p> </p><p><strong>هدف المنصب</strong></p><p>الموظف الميداني مسؤول عن دعم التنفيذ اليومي لأنشطة مشروع WHCA في ولاية النيل الأزرق، وضمان التنسيق الفعال مع المجتمعين والسلطات المحلية وفروع SRCS. يساهم الدور في تنفيذ ميداني عالي الجودة، ومشاركة المجتمع وحمايته، والمراقبة والتقارير وتوثيق التقدم والآثار.</p><p> </p><h4>المسؤوليات والواجبات</h4><p><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</strong></p><p><strong>1. تنفيذ المشروع والتنسيق</strong></p><ul><li>دعم تنفيذ أنشطة مشروع WHCA وفق خطط العمل والتوقيتات المعتمدة.</li><li>التنسيق عن كثب مع موظفي فرع SRCS والفِرَق الفنية ولجان المجتمع والسلطات المحلية.</li><li>إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمراقبة تقدم الأنشطة وتقديم الدعم التشغيلي.</li><li>المساعدة في تنظيم التدريبات وورش العمل والاجتماعات وجلسات مشاركة المجتمع.</li><li>دعم الترتيبات اللوجستية والإدارية للأنشطة الميدانية عند الحاجة.</li><li>التأكد من تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع وفق إرشادات ومعايير SDRCS وIFRC والجهات المانحة.</li></ul><p><strong>2. مشاركة المجتمع وتعزيز القدرات</strong></p><ul><li>الحفاظ على تنسيق واتصال قويين مع المجتمعات المستهدفة ولجان المجتمع.</li><li>تسهيل مشاركة المجتمع في تخطيط المشروع وتنفيذه ومراقبته.</li><li>دعم أنشطة التوعية المتعلقة بالمرونة المناخية وإدارة المياه وحماية المجتمع ومشاركته والمساءلة، واستعداد المجتمع.</li><li>المساعدة في تعزيز قدرات هياكل المجتمع والمتطوعين المشاركين في التنفيذ.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>3. الرصد والتقارير والتوثيق</strong></p><ul><li>جمع وتوثيق بيانات ميدانية ومعلومات المستفيدين وسجلات الأنشطة ونتائج الرصد.</li><li>إعداد تقارير ميدانية دورية وتحديثات الأنشطة وقصص النجاح والدروس المستفادة والتوثيق بالصور.</li><li>دعم التقييمات (الخط الأساسي، المتوسط، النهائي)، والمسوح/الدراسات، والتمارين الرصدية عند الحاجة.</li><li>الإبلاغ عن التحديات والتنفيذ والمخاطر والتأخيرات لمدير تقني في الوقت المناسب.</li><li>التأكد من حفظ وتوثيق ملفات المشروع والبيانات والمعلومات على مستوى الميدان.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>4. التنسيق والتمثيل</strong></p><ul><li>تمثيل WHCA خلال اجتماعات التنسيق على مستوى الميدان عند التفويض.</li><li>الحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية مع السلطات المحلية والجهات الإنسانية وقادة المجتمع والشركاء.</li><li>التنسيق مع الأقسام الفنية وخدمات الدعم لتسهيل تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>5. الامتثال والمساءلة</strong></p><ul><li>التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات SRCS ومدونة السلوك ومبادئ الحماية ومعايير المساءلة.</li><li>تعزيز آليات التغذية الراجعة والمساءلة من قبل المجتمع طوال تنفيذ المشروع.</li><li>التأكد من تنفيذ الأنشطة مع مراعاة الحماية والجنس والشمول، والاعتبارات البيئية.</li></ul><p> </p><h4>المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرة المطلوبة</h4><p><strong>المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة</strong></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المياه أو علوم البيئة أو تغير المناخ أو مجال ذو صلة.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 2 – 3 سنوات في مشاريع إنسانية أو تنموية.</li><li>خبرة في العمل مع مشاريع المجتمع المحلي، أو المرونة المناخية، أو برامج الحد من مخاطر الكوارث تعتبر ميزة.</li><li>يفضل الخبرة في العمل مع منظمات غير حكومية أو حركة الهلال الأحمر/الصليب الأحمر أو جهة إنسانية.</li><li>مهارات تنسيق واتصال وتواصل بين الأشخاص قوية.</li><li>مهارات إعداد تقارير وتوثيق جيدة.</li><li>القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحت ظروف ميدانية صعبة.</li><li>مهارات حاسوب جيدة، بما في ذلك تطبيقات Microsoft Office.</li><li>إتقان اللغة العربية مطلوب؛ مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>ظروف العمل:</strong></p><ul><li>الموقع في ولاية النيل الأزرق مع سفر متكرر إلى مواقع المشروع والمجتمعات.</li><li>قد يطلب من الموظف الميداني العمل خارج ساعات الدوام العادية وفقاً لاحتياجات التشغيل.</li></ul><p>يُشجع التقدم من النساء بشدة.</p>
