by FMoH, ensuring accuracy and standardization, and use the approved master list to improve consistency in partner health-facility reporting.</li><li>Unify the health partners’ reporting using the cleaned master list, ensuring high-quality data and consistency in health facility reporting.</li><li>Conduct basic geographic analysis and produce maps, dashboards and visualizations for SitReps, assessments and Public Health Situation Analyses, ensuring robust health inputs to humanitarian needs overviews (HNO), strategic response plans and other planning processes.</li><li>Design and support the information management components of Health Cluster assessments in collaboration with national and sub-national coordination teams, including partner capacity mapping, service availability and functionality assessments, response monitoring, operational gap analysis, and preparedness and response capacity assessments.</li><li>Provide information and analysis for project proposals, appeals, reports and dashboards, supporting coordinated resource mobilization and operational decision-making.</li><li>Contribute data-driven analysis to the 2027 Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC), Mercy Corps’current areas of programming includefood security and livelihoods, WASH, health, nutrition, peace building and protection, resilience, and Market Systems Development.</p><p> </p><p>The EMPOWER programme is an European Commission-funded action implemented by Mercy Corps in consortium with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and local partners to support conflict- and displacement-affected young people aged 15–35 in nine target states (of which Mercy Corps will work in four (and potentially 5) states: South Darfur, Kassala, River Nile, and North and South Kordofan). The 42-month program started in January 2026, and will respond to Sudan’s protracted crisis by combining short-term income opportunities with pathways to longer-term economicrecovery, while strengthening protection and social cohesionfor youth, especially young women, internally displaced persons (IDPs),and youth with disabilities.</p><p> </p><p>Through an integrated approach, the EMPOWER programme will deliver labour-intensive, community-based public works and Cash for Work (CfW) activities that rehabilitate priority community assets and improve accessto services and markets, alongside market-relevant training, entrepreneurship support, and linkages to employment and financial services (including VSLAs).
