موجز الوظيفة: </strong></p><p>المسؤول عن آلية التغذية الراجعة والمساءلة / مشغّل الخط الساخن يتولى إدارة التشغيل اليومي لقنوات التغذية الراجعة المجانية وغيرها على مستوى المكتب الميداني. يضمن المنصب وجود وسائل آمنة وسرية وميسّرة للمجتمعات والنازحين داخلياً والأشخاص المعنيين لتقديم التغذية الراجعة، وطرح الأسئلة، وتقديم الشكاوى، بالتعاون الوثيق مع موظف المساءلة، وفريق MEAL، وموظفي البرنامج للحفاظ على التزامات CARE تجاه السكان المتأثرين (AAP).</p><p>تشمل الأنشطة استقبال جميع المكالمات وتسجيلها، وضمان تفاعل المتصلين بصورة أخلاقية ومهنية وبما يتماشى مع إجراءات CARE ومبادئ عدم الإيذاء، والحفاظ على تفاعلات المتصلين.</p><h4>الواجبات والمسؤوليات</h4><p><strong>1- تشغيل وإدارة خط الدعم المجّاني وقنوات FAM الأخرى:</strong></p><ul><li> الإجابة على جميع المكالمات الواردة إلى خط CARE المجاني بمهنية وأخلاقية وحس ثقافي، وفقاً لإجراءات CARE ومبادئ عدم الإيذاء. </li><li> تسجيل وتصنيف جميع التغذية الراجعة والشكاوى والاستفسارات والتعبير عن الامتنان بدقة في قاعدة بيانات FAM الآمنة في نفس اليوم الذي يتم
