Officer is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of monitoring & evaluation, accountability & learning, and information management systems.</p><h4>Duties and tools and databases</h2><p> Is responsible for the implementation and the exploitation of the data collection tools:</p><ul><li>Designs, programmes and tests the digital data collection forms in XLSForm, including relevance and constraint logic, calculations, multilingual labels (English and Arabic) and validation rules;</li><li>Deploys the forms on the programme's mobile data collection platform (SurveyCTO), manages users, roles, devices and form versions;</li><li>Sets up and maintains case management workflows where projects follow individuals over time (rehabilitation, victim project, from collection to storage, access, analysis and destruction;</li><li>Ensures the coherency and the integration of these tools and databases across projects and bases, so that information can implementation: analysis, visualisation and data use</h2><p><strong>Supports operational teams with data analysis and use:</strong></p><ul><li>Produces the statistical analyses and visualisations requested by the projects and by the coordination, at project and programme level;</li><li>Builds and maintains the programme's Power BI dashboards, and keeps them connected to up-to-date data sources;</li><li>Is responsible for indicator production: consolidates the project and programme indicators for internal monitoring and donor reporting;</li><li>Extracts and analyses data for internal and external use (project teams, donors and authorities), and supports the operations and project managers and the MEAL unit with donor reporting;</li><li>Produces maps of operational presence and <p>Section/Unit: Finance & Operations<br>Supervisor: Finance Controller / Senior Finance Officer<br>Duty Station: Head Office - Khartoum/Omdurman<br>Closing Date: 19 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Financial Assistant provides comprehensive financial support at JASMAR HQ Offices, ensuring compliant accounting, accurate operational cost recovery, effective field supervision, and full legal compliance regarding payroll obligations (social insurance, taxes) in coordination with HR. The role ensures timely financial payments and sustainability of Head Office operations.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><ol><li>Daily Accounting & Operations: Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers in JASMAR ERP system, prepare vouchers/receipts, and manage petty cash and staff advances.</li><li>Budget & Donor Compliance: Assist in budget preparation, track Budget vs. Actual, ensure complete supporting documentation, and support preparation of donor financial reports.</li><li>Operational Cost Allocation & Shared Cost Recovery: Monitor, calculate and allocate shared operational costs (office rent, utilities, internet, security) across projects based on approved percentages. <p>Duty Station: Head Office - Khartoum/Omdurman<br>Closing Date: 19 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p><strong>Position Purpose</strong></p><p> </p><p>The Office Assistant & Secretary provides direct and confidential administrative, secretarial, coordination, and organizational support to the General Manager, while also supporting the effective functioning of the Office of the General Manager.</p><p>The position serves as an important focal point for the General Manager's office and is responsible for managing appointments and schedules, correspondence, meetings, records, communication, follow-up of assigned actions, and other administrative matters. <p>Section/Unit: Program<br>Grade Level: G7<br>Supervisor: MEAL Manager<br>Duty Station: Khartoum Country Office<br>Duration: One year<br>Closing Date: 09 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p>SUDO is an independent, secular, nongovernmental, non-partisan and non-profit making organization established in April 2001 and dedicated to the promotion and the protection of human rights, peace building, support human basic services and development. In particular, the sector includes: FSL, Health, Nutrition, Protection, WASH, and cash programs. SUDO is currently operating through 12 well-established field offices. </p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p>Under the direct supervision of the MEAL Coordinator, the Senior MEAL officer will lead MEAL activities guided by SUDO MEAL manual and donor requirements.
