Customs Clearance Management (5%)</strong><br>• Facilitate processes for clearing imported goods from the air or land ports ensuring that customs regulations are followed, and necessary tax exemptions are obtained <br>• Work with customs brokers to facilitate clearance, including submission of documentation and payment of duties.<br>• Prepare and review customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.<br>• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including tariffs, taxes, and trade agreements.</p><p><br><strong>5. Capitalization</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the gathering and reporting of information about ITC issues, identifying lessons learned and gaps to be addressed.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Report common problems and main ICT issues to the Logistics Coordinator, with recommendations on solutions.</li><li>Identify best practices throughout the mission, formalize them and share them among the staff.</li><li>Provide advice on technical specifications for procurement of new equipment (laptops, printers, etc), and assist in the pre-qualification assessments of ICT suppliers.</li><li>Review the MEAL and Program staff needs for ICT equipment and software in field activities (Kobo, etc) and provide guidance to them on best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Any other tasks may be required for the running of the projects</p><p> </p><p><strong> 8.
