<p>The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a leading protection agency with a mandate is to promote and protect durable solutions to conflict and displacement affected populations on the basis of humanitarian principles and human rights.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>DRC is implementing a multi-sector response including Protection, Economic Recovery and Livelihoods, and Humanitarian Demining and Peacebuilding projects.&nbsp; DRC supports Sudanese IDPs, refugees and host populations with projects and activities tailored to the needs and gaps in the local contexts. DRC has operational bases in Khartoum, Gedaref, White Nile, South Kordofan, North and Central Darfur and is supported by a country-office in Khartoum, while working through partners in other parts of Sudan.&nbsp;</p><p>The Risk and Compliance Manager has a country-wide focus and ensures compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the country.&nbsp;The Risk and Compliance Manager will provide operational and administrative support to risk management principals in DRC Sudan, including but not limited to the Country Director (CD), Senior Management Team (SMT) and Area Managers (AM), to improve risk management in the program and country operation analytics and decision-making.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The position will actively promote and ensure that risk and compliance management actions are in line with DRC policies, donor requirements and local law while nurturing a culture of compliance and risk management in collaboration with managers and staff. The Risk and Compliance Manager also has technical oversight of the in-country Code of Conduct Mechanism and support to Country and Area Office in the roll-out and compliance of this mechanism.</p></div><br><hr size='1' width ='100%'color='#e0e0e0' noshade></td>
