The primary mandate covers the Bonus Bites customer ordering platform, the new POS rollout , integration with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (on-premises), and the cloud-migration and API strategy that connects them.<br>Key Responsibilities:Customer Ordering App• Own the platform post-handover: stabilization, release management, and the production roadmap across backend, mobile, payments, and loyalty.• Manage core integrations: payment flows (Pay Tabs), loyalty (Dsquares), and menu/catalog sync , ensuring end-to-end transaction integrity.• Define and enforce SLAs, including after-hours P1 coverage aligned to operational hours; coordinate vendor support and escalations.<br>POS Implementation• Lead the end-to-end rollout across all branches: configuration, menu and pricing setup, store onboarding, training, and hyper care.• Govern the vendor relationship - commercial and technical - covering rate locks, SLA service credits, and MSA obligations.• Standardize POS operations across brands while accommodating brand-specific requirements.<br>Dynamics 365 F&O Integration (On-Premises)• Own functional and data integration between POS, ordering, and D365 F&O - sales posting, inventory, item/UOM mastering, and financial reconciliation.• Safeguard data integrity at integration boundaries (UOM conversions, costing, inventory closing) and enforce change-control and logging governance.• Partner with finance, costing, and accounting stakeholders to ensure operational data flows correctly into the ERP.<br>Cloud Migration & APIs• Help define and execute the migration path for application workloads toward cloud and hybrid architectures.• Establish and govern the API/integration layer connecting POS, ordering, loyalty, payments, and ERP - including standards for security, versioning, monitoring, and documentation.• Reduce single points of failure and vendor-domain dependencies through proper environment, credential, and asset ownership.<br>Business & Vendor Liaison• Act as the primary bridge between business operations (operations, finance, marketing) and IT - gathering requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and managing expectations.• Manage external vendors and implementation partners: scope, SLAs, deliverables, escalations, and contractual obligations.• Translate business problems into technical requirements, and technical constraints into clear business language.<br>Governance & Delivery• Maintain a prioritized application risk register, documentation, and architecture/integration maps.• Run delivery using the internal ITSM platform (GLPI); enforce change management, incident handling, and release discipline.• Contribute to IPO-readiness from an application-controls and documentation standpoint.<br>Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years in application management or delivery, with 3+ years managing teams or vendors. Hands-on experience integrating ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O strongly preferred) with operational systems such as POS, e-commerce/ordering, and payments. <p>Dyson Retail is different, for a number of reasons. Firstly, this is a firm of expert engineers, offering people the chance to connect with technology in store, including a world-class styling experience with a blow-out bar concept. We are delivering a high service experience for our shoppers – think 5 star hotel levels of service – demonstrating the value of the technology and providing aftersales care. <p>This is a new retail concept in a fundamentally entrepreneurial, start-up feeling business. This means that everyone in-store needs to be prepared to do anything and everything required running the business and providing the best customer experience.</p>
<p>The main purpose of the role is to deliver outstanding retail experiences that fascinate shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of our machines, whilst talking about the science of hair. Reporting in to the Store Manager, our stylists are responsible for appointment booking and styling sessions.</p>
<h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>

<li>Holding a valid Municipality Health Card is mandatory.</li>
