<p>Vacancy No: 242026<br>Section/Unit: Medical & Paramedical<br>Grade Level: Level 10<br>Supervisor: Country Medical Coordinator/ Project Medical Coordinato<br>No. of Post: 1<br>Duty Station: Khartoum<br>Duration: 12 Months with 3 months trial period<br>Closing Date: 20 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p>Defining, coordinating and monitoring the epidemiological activities, ensuring the development of appropriate methodology and the quality of studies according to <strong>MSF</strong> protocols, standards and procedures in order to identify risk factors for diseases and to determine the optimal treatment approaches to clinical practice and the preventive medicine to be used in the missions.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Defining, scheduling and organizing, in close collaboration with other medical team members, the annual epidemiological activity plan as well as its associated budget, in order to improve early detection of risk factors to better define treatment approaches and preventive practices. Leading the implementation of the protocols and epidemiological methodology, ensuring all related staff follows them in order to improve research efficiency. </li><li>Supervising, according to annual plan, the epidemiological research activity ensuring that contacts with community groups and authorities are aligned with the objectives of the research and that the population participating in the research is properly informed. The realisation of our global strategy 2023-2027 “All girls standing strong creating global change” requires the accurate identification, analysis, and mitigation of safety and security risks in order to facilitate access and safety for development and humanitarian programming and influencing in Sudan. Therefore, this role has oversight for Plan International Sudan’s Office safety and security and ensures operations are within acceptable risk levels. The incumbent manages security focal point persons in all operational locations, whose role encompasses both traditional INGO safety and security management as well as various liaison and negotiation tasks that are critical to operating in Sudan.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Dimensions of Role</strong></p><p>This role is line managed by the Country Director (CD), and supervises all staff designated with security and liaison responsibilities, some of whom are stationed in programme areas. The incumbent is a budget holder for all security plans, and is a member of the extended Country Leadership Team (eCLT) will work with the mission to ensure that organizational security and access policies and procedures are responsive to the context, adequate and known to staff and advise on humanitarian access processes and approaches in close coordination with program teams.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Safety and Security Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain a security management plan, <p>رقم الشاغر: 12257<br>القسم/الوحدة: قسم اللوجستيات<br>الدرجة الوظيفية: V6<br>المشرف: منسّق اللوجستيات<br>عدد المناصب: 1<br>مقر العمل: الخرطوم<br>المدة: 12 شهرًا مع فترة تجريبية مدتها ثلاثة (03) أشهر، قابلة للتجديد رهن التمويل والأداء<br>تاريخ الإغلاق: 27 أغسطس 2026</p><h4>خلفية</h4><p>سيُدعم كبير موظفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات إنشاء وإدارة وتحسين بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لمهمة العمل في السودان. يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان أنظمة تكنولوجيا معلومات واتصالات موثوقة وآمنة تمكّن من التواصل الفعّال ودعم الجهود الإنسانية.</p><h4>الواجبات والمسؤوليات</h4><p><strong>الهدف 1: إدارة أسطول أجهزة الكمبيوتر بمكتب البلد (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>ضمان الامتثال لمعايير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات عند محطات العمل (سجل العتاد)؛</li><li> ضمان الامتثال لقواعد تشغيل برامج مكافحة الفيروسات وتحديثها ومراقبتها على محطات العمل؛</li><li>تثبيت حزمة AAH على جميع الأجهزة الجديدة التي سيستخدمها الموظفون الجدد؛ إنشاء حسابات AAH جديدة للموظفين الجدد؛</li><li>ضمان صيانة أجهزة الكمبيوتر والتحقق شهرياً من تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية؛</li><li>متابعة وصيانة وإصلاح جميع معدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بواسطة أي مزود من طرف ثالث؛</li><li>توقع وتحديد احتياجات معدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالتنسيق مع مديره/مديرتها المباشر، المشاركة في وضع الميزانيات وتقديم الطلبات؛</li><li>التبليغ لهرمية أي مشكلة تتعلق بإدارة معدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات؛</li><li>ضمان متابعة مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين (خدمات الصيانة والإصلاح، إلخ).</li></ul><p><strong>الهدف 2: إدارة بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>تثبيت وصيانة الشبكات المحلية لمكتب البلد وفق المعايير (سجل العتاد)، مع ضمان وجود اتصال مستمر وثابت يتناسب مع احتياجات موظفي المكتب.</li><li>التحقق من أن معدات الشبكة تعمل بشكل صحيح.</li><li>الإشراف على نظام النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات (سياسة النسخ الاحتياطي).</li></ul><p><strong>الهدف 3: ضمان وسائل اتصال مستمرة (الإنترنت، الراديو، الأقمار الصناعية) (25%)</strong></p><ul><li>مراقبة وضمان التشغيل الصحيح لجميع وسائل الاتصال في مكتب التنسيق وبقية القواعد، بما في ذلك الإنترنت والهاتف المحمول والراديو والهاتف عبر الأقمار الصناعية.</li><li>إجراء اختبارات منتظمة على استخدام قنوات وآليات و الأجهزة الاتصالية.</li><li>التصرف كنقطة اتصال مع جميع مزودي خدمات الاتصالات المحليين (الإنترنت، الهاتف الثابت والمحمول، إلخ) وضمان الكفاءة من حيث التكاليف وترشيدها.</li></ul><p><strong>الهدف 4: تقديم الدعم للمستخدمين والتدريب (25%)</strong></p><ul><li>تدريب المستخدمين على الاستخدام الصحيح لموارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ومبادئ تكنولوجيا المعلومات والالتزام بقواعد الأمان عند الوصول وبشكل دوري.</li><li>تقديم التدريب للمستخدمين على المعدات والتطبيقات.</li><li>الاستجابة لطلبات الدعم الفني اليومية؛</li><li>تقديم الدعم الفني للمهمة بأكملها فيما يتعلق بالوصول إلى الإنترنت، والوصول إلى منصات AAH ومشاكل الأجهزة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم نصائح واقتراحات حول الممارسات الجيدة وأدوات الإنتاجية.</li><li>تقديم دعم شخصي على مستوى القاعدة كلما أمكن؛ وتوفير الدعم عن بُعد عند اللزوم. الإبلاغ عن المشاكل المقترحة والحلول للمسؤول اللوجستي.</li><li>ضمان تحديد احتياجات التدريب، وتطوير مواد التدريب ونشرها، بالتنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية.</li></ul><p><strong>الهدف 5: إعداد تقارير وتحليل وتحسينات (10%)</strong></p><ul><li>إجراء جرد شهري وتحديث قائمة المعدات وجرد جميع عناصر ICT في مكتب التنسيق؛</li><li>التنسيق مع موظفي اللوجستيات القاعدية لضمان إدراج عناصر ICT (ومستخدميها) ضمن قائمة معدات المهمة شهرياً؛</li><li>دعم منسق اللوجستيات في إدارة المعدات الموهوبة في نهاية أي عقد بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الجهة المانحة والأنظمة الداخلية.</li></li><li>إعداد تقارير شهرية حول استخدام وقدرة ومشاكل شبكة ICT والإنترنت؛ والتأكد من إمكانية، قسم اللوجستيات من استغلال البيانات من هذه التقارير</li><li>اقتراح تنفيذ موارد ICT التي تحسن كفاءة عمل المستخدمين وفق المعايير</li></ul><h4>المؤهلMinimum المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة</h4><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة.</li><li>الإتقان في إدارة الشبكات، وأمن المعلومات، وتطبيقات البرمجيات</li><li>الإلمام بخدمات السحابة وأنظمة إدارة البيانات.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دعم ICT أو أدوار ذات صلة، ويفضل في سياق إنساني أو تنموي.</li><li>خبرة مع أنظمة وبرمجيات تقنية معلومات مختلفة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: بنية الشبكة (LAN/WAN)، أدوات الأمن السيبراني، برمجيات إنتاجية المكتب (مثلاً Microsoft Office)</li></ul><ul><li><strong>المقر: السودان</strong> – الخرطوم -
