a master's degree in WASH, Environmental Health, Development or related field is preferred<br>• Minimum ten (5) years of progressive experience in WASH programme management, with at least two years in a technical lead or specialist role; prior experience managing school WASH, WinS programming, or WFP/UN-funded WASH projects is strongly preferred<br>• Strong understanding of hygiene behavior changes and community engagement.<br>• Deep knowledge of SPHERE Standards, WinS (WASH in Schools) guidelines, ESMP frameworks, and gender-sensitive and disability-inclusive WASH design; strong understanding of DRR, climate resilience, and O&M sustainability in institutional WASH programming<br>• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical reports, donor updates, BOQ reviews, and programme presentations;
