Background and Context</strong></p><p>Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) is committed to delivering high WASH infrastructure projects. To maintain technical excellence and improve project delivery, TGH is investing in the capacity building of Local partner staff and its engineering staff. This training aims to upgrade the technical proficiency of the WASH engineering team in essential design, spatial analysis, quantity surveying, and project construction management software.</p><p><strong>2. Objective of the Consultancy</strong></p><p>The primary objective of this consultancy is to conduct an interactive online training program for 10 participants that will run for 35 hours. Sessions will generally run 2 hours per day, though the schedule can be adjusted based on mutual discussion. The training will focus on providing practical, hands-on experience in specialized engineering and management software to enhance structural design, system modeling, and overall project tracking to provide update and refreshing training for the WASH staff.</p><p><strong>3. Scope of Work & Training Modules</strong></p><p>The selected trainer/firm will be responsible for designing and delivering a structured curriculum covering the following software:</p><ul><li><strong>AutoCAD:</strong> Advanced 2D drafting, layout preparation for WASH facilities (latrines, water yards, etc.), and reading/modifying structural designs.</li><li><strong>Quantity Surveying (Manual Excel & PlanSwift):</strong> Digital takeoff techniques using PlanSwift, preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and manual quantity calculation and cost estimation using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.</li><li><strong>Wrike:</strong> Project construction management, task delegation, timeline tracking (Gantt charts), and collaborative workflow management for engineering projects.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Specific Conditions & Requirements</strong></p><p>To ensure the effectiveness and legality of the training, the following conditions strictly apply:</p><ul><li><strong>Software :</strong> The consultant/firm/ individual is explicitly required to provide, install, and activate of all the aforementioned software (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Wrike) on the laptops of the participating attendees prior to the start of the training.</li><li><strong>Language of Instruction:</strong> All live training sessions, manuals, study materials, and assessments must be conducted strictly in <strong>English</strong>.</li><li><strong>Interactive Online Delivery:</strong> The training must not be limited to pre-recorded videos. The consultant must use interactive, live online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) utilizing screen sharing, remote control assistance, digital whiteboards, and practical live assignments.</li><li><strong>Assessment & Certification:</strong> The consultant must conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure skill improvement. Upon successful completion, accredited certificates must be issued to all participants.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Expected Deliverables</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Inception Report:</strong> Detailed training schedule, curriculum syllabus, and methodology submitted within the first week of signing the contract.</li><li><strong>Software Installation:</strong> Successful installation and activation of all 3 original software licenses for the 10 attendees</li><li><strong>Training Materials:</strong> Provision of all digital training manuals, datasets, and recorded sessions for future reference.</li><li><strong>Final Report:</strong> A comprehensive report detailing the training process, attendance, participant evaluations, and recommendations for further development.</li></ol><p><strong>6. The realisation of our global strategy 2023-2027 “All girls standing strong creating global change” requires the accurate identification, analysis, and mitigation of safety and security risks in order to facilitate access and safety for development and humanitarian programming and influencing in Sudan. Therefore, this role has oversight for Plan International Sudan’s Office safety and security and ensures operations are within acceptable risk levels. The incumbent manages security focal point persons in all operational locations, whose role encompasses both traditional INGO safety and security management as well as various liaison and negotiation tasks that are critical to operating in Sudan.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Dimensions of Role</strong></p><p>This role is line managed by the Country Director (CD), and supervises all staff designated with security and liaison responsibilities, some of whom are stationed in programme areas. The incumbent is a budget holder for all security plans, and is a member of the extended Country Leadership Team (eCLT) will work with the mission to ensure that organizational security and access policies and procedures are responsive to the context, adequate and known to staff and advise on humanitarian access processes and approaches in close coordination with program teams.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Safety and Security Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain a security management plan, Standard operating Procedures (SoPs), tools, and resources for effective management of safety, security and access risks</li><li>In line with risk assessment guidelines, lead regular strategic and operational security risk assessments, evaluations, and analysis with CLT and relevant teams, and advise contextual factors</li><li>Provide proactive advice, guidance, and support to the CD and CLT on He/she will ensure that all drugs and consumable medical supplies are kept in good manner of storing, distribution, and drug documentation, in accordance with the Pharmacy department-SMOH and with line with SC and donor’s policy and requirement standard. </p><p> </p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Pharmacist Assistant will advise on safe emergency response pharmaceutical management best practices and ensure incorporation of these practices into pharmacy services design, including drug flow, consumption reporting, buffer stocks, alert levels, early international and local orders to avoid stock outs.</li><li>Ensure good practices of storage and distribution are respected at national, provincial and health zone level to ensure safe and effective supplies in the targeted response locations.</li><li>In coordination with Country office Health Manager and Country Supply Chain Manager, lead capacity building activities (including trainings) with a focus on pharmaceutical management best practices, consumption reporting guidelines at service point, and SCI stock management guidelines internally for emergency response targeted location /HF’s </li><li>Ensure that prescribing, administration, cold chain management, controlled drug management and health care waste management are conducted according to drug management guidelines at MOH facility level.</li><li>Ensure national/international procurement is raised according to stock level.</li><li>Lead national purchasing of drug and medical equipment according to SCI guidelines</li><li>Lead procurement planning through the assessment of needs by analyzing consumption report data at facility level, quantification of requirements.</li><li>Ensure National Drug Regulatory Authorities approval of all medical items to procured/imported.
