This includes guaranteeing of the following: </li><li> An efficient supply administration and provision of adapted tools to support the different supply activities</li><li> Standardisation of warehouse management focusing on medical stocks and the interactions with the distribution points. (in case of integration of medical stock under Supply)</li><li> Stability of supply activities within regular and emergency intervention of the concerned projects and manages field visits on regular basis to offer a permanent support to the direct and indirect supply stakeholders</li><li> Validation of the use of the supply related third parties (suppliers, transport companies, freight forwarders,) proposed by the procurement officers, transport manager, together with the technical referents when needed</li><li>Planning, supervising and implementing, in close coordination with the HR Coordinator, the associated processes (recruitment, training, briefing/debriefing, performance evaluation, detection of potential, development and internal communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and amount of knowledge required</li><li>Ensuring technical support to his/her team as well as to all other teams in the mission</li><li>Representing MSF in meetings with Authorities and other NGOs at the request of the Logistics Coordinator or Supply Chain Coordinator</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilitie</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the Supply team at Coordination level on a day-to-day basis, including setting objectives, distributing tasks, planning holidays and backup arrangements, monitoring daily activities, and conducting regular performance follow-up. For the PoA, support the SupplyCo in reviewing and adjusting the Supply HR set-up according to operational needs.</li><li>In collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator, contribute to the planning and coordination of Supply activities within the mission and projects. Identify Supply needs and priorities and ensure that they are translated into practical actions and followed up with the relevant teams.</li><li>Support the implementation and follow-up of Mission and EPREP Supply requirements, ensuring that priorities are communicated clearly to project teams and relevant departments.</li><li>Participate in the review and updating of key mission Supply documents, including assessment sheets, Supply guidelines and manuals, supplier lists, and SOPs for Supply, transportation and warehousing.</li><li>Ensure that agreed Supply processes and procedures are understood and applied consistently at Coordination and project levels.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely follow-up of Supply management and reporting tools, including Portail and Unifield, and provide guidance to Supply teams on their correct use.</li><li>Consolidate and report on Supply Chain activities across the mission, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, MSR and international and local BO follow-up.</li><li>Provide technical and operational support to project Supply teams in collaboration with LTLs and SupplyCo. Support planning, monitoring, problem solving and gap filling where required, including temporary SupplyCo coverage when necessary.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with project Supply teams to understand priorities, identify bottlenecks and agree on follow-up actions. In addition, the logistician will closely supervise/update the entire equipment list, supervise vehicle fleet and office maintenance to ensure an efficient response to all programmes. Lastly, the logistician will monitor and report any incident related to security within the Country Office.</li></ul><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Objective 1: </strong>Supply
