Founded in 1982 and a co-recipient of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize, the organization has been working alongside vulnerable populations, in particular people with disabilities. Today, more than 4,500 people, including 3,500 national field staff and 300 international staff, work for HI in a wide range of contexts, implementing more than 400 projects in over 60 countries.</p><ol><li><strong>Humanity & Inclusion in Sudan</strong></li></ol><p>HI has initiated its programmatic response to the Sudan crisis in January 2024. Together with a Sudanese NGO, we providephysical and functional rehabilitation as well as mentalhealth & psychosocial support in health centers and communities. They are delegated specific HR responsibilities at the geographical area level and ensure effective implementation of HR management practices in compliance with the allocated budget, HI HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.</p><p><br> </p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><ol><li><strong>Responsabilities</strong></li></ol><h2>Mission 1 : Strategy and Supervision</h2><ol><li>Compiles HR data for his/her geographical area which are useful for writing the HR part of the Programme's STRATOP</li><li>Implements and monitors the HR action plan for his/her geographical area.</li><li>Compiles standard HR indicators for his/her geographical area and helps to map and mitigate HR risks, andto report and deal withincidents</li><li><strong>Mission2 : Rolls out Standardss Accountability</strong><ul><li>Is responsible for implementing HI's policies and frameworks in his/her country.
