Serve as the focal point for all staff health issues.</li><li>Assessment of Referral Hospitals: Proactively assess, validate, and regularly re-evaluate the capacity, quality, and safety of identified referral hospitals for the referral of national/international staff. This includes evaluating clinical services, diagnostic capacity, pharmacy stocks, infection control, and cost structure.</li><li>In collaboration with the PMR and MD SH, ensure all staff are briefed on health risks, vaccination status is monitored, and appropriate post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and referral pathways for sick staff are clearly established and functional.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Education</strong></td><td>Medical doctor degree.
