Job Summary: </strong></p><p>The MEAL Officer is assuming to be Responsible of the overall responsibility to lead the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning tasks in the project. The post holder functions these responsibilities in close collaboration with managers, coordinators and program team. The activities could include providing inputs for project design, ensuring project team have appropriate monitoring and reporting formats, conducting field visits and produce alert messages and successful practices, leading project review meetings to measure progress against targets, ensure agreed accountability mechanisms are oriented, implemented and reported, provide training to build the capacity of CARE and partners staff in relation of MEAL function, S/he also will be actively involved in coordinating evaluations;
