This has established JASMAR as a reliable partner meeting donor compliance, accountability, and quality standards.</p><p><br> </p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The HR Officer will support the implementation of JASMAR Human Resources policies and procedures by maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll preparation, managing attendance and leave records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting performance management and general HR administration. Role<br>Reporting to the logistics manager, the facility officer ensures the efficient management of services to HI personnel for the country under his/her responsibility.
