The Area Director must manage complex logistics, engage effectively with government, non-state actors, communities, NGOs, UN agencies, donors, and local institutions, while ensuring staff safety and operational continuity. The Area Director oversees all Save the Children operations across North Kordofan, South Kordofan, and White Nile, leading high-quality, accountable programmes aligned with country and global strategies.
