For the PoA, support the SupplyCo in reviewing and adjusting the Supply HR set-up according to operational needs.</li><li>In collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator, contribute to the planning and coordination of Supply activities within the mission and projects. Identify Supply needs and priorities and ensure that they are translated into practical actions and followed up with the relevant teams.</li><li>Support the implementation and follow-up of Mission and EPREP Supply requirements, ensuring that priorities are communicated clearly to project teams and relevant departments.</li><li>Participate in the review and updating of key mission Supply documents, including assessment sheets, Supply guidelines and manuals, supplier lists, and SOPs for Supply, transportation and warehousing.</li><li>Ensure that agreed Supply processes and procedures are understood and applied consistently at Coordination and project levels.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely follow-up of Supply management and reporting tools, including Portail and Unifield, and provide guidance to Supply teams on their correct use.</li><li>Consolidate and report on Supply Chain activities across the mission, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, MSR and international and local BO follow-up.</li><li>Provide technical and operational support to project Supply teams in collaboration with LTLs and SupplyCo. Support planning, monitoring, problem solving and gap filling where required, including temporary SupplyCo coverage when necessary.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with project Supply teams to understand priorities, identify bottlenecks and agree on follow-up actions.
