This has established JASMAR as a reliable partner meeting donor compliance, accountability, and quality standards.</p><p><br> </p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The HR Officer will support the implementation of JASMAR Human Resources policies and procedures by maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll preparation, managing attendance and leave records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting performance management and general HR administration. The Officer also maintains donor and partner relationships, tracks grant requirements and deadlines, and ensures donor contractual and compliance requirements are properly followed up.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h4>A. Partnership and Donor Engagement</h4><ul><li>Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with donors, UN agencies, INGOs, national organizations, and other potential partners.</li><li>Conduct donor and partner mapping and maintain updated information on donor priorities and partnership opportunities.</li><li>Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential donors and partners.</li><li>Prepare donor and partner briefing materials, organizational profiles, and other required information.</li><li>Identify consortium and strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate them with management.</li></ul><h4>B.
