demonstrates the highest levels of integrity.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Preferably a candidate with a strong statistical and research background</strong>. </p><p>Minimum BSC in Education, social sciences psychology, and any other humanity science. </p><p> </p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in education, social science, psychology, and any other humanity science. </li><li>Have experience in education or children's programs and have experience working with children in humanitarian / emergency contexts.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in the education sector, and child protection sector.</li><li>Good understanding of education and children development strategies specifically related of primary education and children's development needs.</li><li>Conversant with Education Issues and development particularly those related to women and children and their access to quality Education.</li><li>Familiar with various primary education strategies and approaches (formal and non-formal)</li><li>Conversant in learner-centred learning methodologies, lesson planning, assessment techniques, and co-curricular activities</li><li>Knowledge and skills in school child participation techniques, protection and child-friendly school and inclusive education concepts and principles.</li><li>Proven capacity to lead, mentor, coach, and inspire staff;
