The role is responsible for government liaison, humanitarian access, security coordination and regulatory compliance to support DCA's operations in Sudan. Operational & Recruitment Support</strong></p><ul><li><i>Labor Office Coordination</i>: Manage the recruitment process for national staff in compliance with the Sudan Labor Act and HAC Labor Office requirements, including advertising permits and joint interview panels.</li><li><i>Customs Clearance</i>: Liaise with customs authorities and the Ministry of Finance to facilitate the tax-exempt import of humanitarian goods (medical kits, food, specialised equipment).</li></ul><p><strong>4.
