The current GOAL programmes focus on four main sectors: Primary Health Care, Nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL).</p><p> </p><p><strong>General Description of the Role</strong></p><p>The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of quality clinical and preventive health services across supported Primary Health Care Centers (PHCs). The position manages overall performance, process, and outcome of the project activities, ensuring high-quality implementation, and alignment with donor requirements and SOS Sahel’s internal policies.</p><p> </p><p> Under the direct supervision of the Central Sudan Area Manager, the PM will undertake the following tasks:</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Key areas of responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day to day management and oversight across all programmatic and operation of the SHF project activities in Khartoum and White Nile states </li><li>Grant Management</li><li>Manage and support program and project officers to ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project</li><li>Ensure compliance with SHF regulations and SOS Sahel’s policies and procedures.</li><li>Oversee performance management, process optimization, and outcome tracking for all the project related activities in Khartoum and White to manage day to day MEAL activities and information sharing </li><li>Work with the communication staff/project staff to design appropriate mobilization and sensitization messages for the target program planning and delivery</li><li>At least two years of experience in managing SHF/WASH projects including donor reporting</li><li>Good contextual knowledge of local issues, community priorities
