<p>Preparation of farm two days before DOC arrival (wood shaving, check electrical items, brooding materials like drums, gas pipe, diesel availability, DOC manual drinkers, water nipple system, DOC feeder plate, feeders 10kg, pan feeder lines). Stay in farm during duty hours to let Doc move every 10 min, add feed to the plates 5-6 times during first 12 days to avoid feed waste. Provide the required temperature, Relative Humidity. Provide feed and water to chicks. Control feed waste. Check feed stock and inform supervisor / office to order feed 3-4 days before feed over. Check all medicines, vaccines and disinfectant availability and inform supervisor / office to place order 3-4 days before these items over. Wash DOC manual drinkers twice a day properly and firmly with garments/sponge to avoid Ecoli growth. Remove litter/ manure continually from DOC manual drinkers and feeders. Check all farm litter daily and change wet litter immediately to avoid ammonia gas. Make litter racking daily to keep litter dry, powdery and level. Unload/upload feed from trailer along other farmers. Remove manure after batch over, clean, wash and Disinfect the farm premises, all farm equipments (feeder, drinkers, water tank, water pipe, Brooding materials and related Farm equipment). Remove all grass surrounding the farm. Apply bio security measures strictly (having minimum 3 minutes bath before entering farm, foot deep, vehicle spray with disinfectant). Disinfect all farm surrounding daily including farmers pathways and vehicle roads. Check live boxes if cleaned properly (NO Feces and manure is allowed) before allowing catching team to enter the farm. Ensure catching team had bath and change dress. NO visitor is allowed to enter including owner and farm supervisor if not having bath and change dress. All farm equipment and assets including medicines, number of placed chicks is under farmer full responsibilities and shall keep them in healthy and operational conditions and inform farm supervisor/ office if any items need maintenance or repair.
