ECE monitoring tool will be created to measure the quality of the ECE programme. </li><li>Insure conduction of quarterly teacher trainings for ECE teachers. </li><li>Insure conduction of ECE awareness campaign targeting parents and other community members. </li><li>Insure creation of a parenting programme curriculum based on the classroom curriculum. A ‘Learning at home’ curriculum will be developed. </li><li>Insure creation of a monitoring tool to measure the quality of parenting sessions.</li><li>Insure conduction of quarterly teacher trainings on how to conduct parenting programmes in their respective preschools. </li><li>Monitor closely activities implemented by the 2 applicants and submit field visits reports.</li><li>Insure partners advances were liquidated on time and that all needed documents were correct and meets donor compliances. </li><li>Work closely with two co-applicants in order to strengthen their capacities while respecting the guidelines of this project. </li><li>To be involved in the implementation of activities as noted <strong>1</strong>. above – particularly technical support on capacity building activities, campaigns, managing the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) and working with local level actors. </li><li>Necessary information / training, performance monitoring skills acquired by the CBOs. </li><li>Communities properly mobilized and well contributed in the project in order to lead their development process themselves. </li><li>Participate in developing and maintaining of project reporting protocols, both narrative and financial, and ensure accurate and prompt reporting to all concerned (Plan International Sudan, donor, Government of Sudan, and other project stakeholders).</li><li>Work with the project’ partner to ensure that lessons learned case studies are captured and properly documented and archived by carrying out regular project/program reviews.</li><li>Support project manager ensure timely quarterly performance indicator tracking tables. </li><li>Support project manager ensure grant/project management compliance with donor regulation.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Actively participate in the design and implementation of new initiatives that would improve the existing project. Background and Context</strong></p><p>Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) is committed to delivering high WASH infrastructure projects. To maintain technical excellence and improve project delivery, TGH is investing in the capacity building of Local partner staff and its engineering staff. This training aims to upgrade the technical proficiency of the WASH engineering team in essential design, spatial analysis, quantity surveying, and project construction management software.</p><p><strong>2. Objective of the Consultancy</strong></p><p>The primary objective of this consultancy is to conduct an interactive online training program for 10 participants that will run for 35 hours. Sessions will generally run 2 hours per day, though the schedule can be adjusted based on mutual discussion. The training will focus on providing practical, hands-on experience in specialized engineering and management software to enhance structural design, system modeling, and overall project tracking to provide update and refreshing training for the WASH staff.</p><p><strong>3. Scope of Work & Training Modules</strong></p><p>The selected trainer/firm will be responsible for designing and delivering a structured curriculum covering the following software:</p><ul><li><strong>AutoCAD:</strong> Advanced 2D drafting, layout preparation for WASH facilities (latrines, water yards, etc.), and reading/modifying structural designs.</li><li><strong>Quantity Surveying (Manual Excel & PlanSwift):</strong> Digital takeoff techniques using PlanSwift, preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and manual quantity calculation and cost estimation using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.</li><li><strong>Wrike:</strong> Project construction management, task delegation, timeline tracking (Gantt charts), and collaborative workflow management for engineering projects.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Specific Conditions & Requirements</strong></p><p>To ensure the effectiveness and legality of the training, the following conditions strictly apply:</p><ul><li><strong>Software :</strong> The consultant/firm/ individual is explicitly required to provide, install, and activate of all the aforementioned software (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Wrike) on the laptops of the participating attendees prior to the start of the training.</li><li><strong>Language of Instruction:</strong> All live training sessions, manuals, study materials, and assessments must be conducted strictly in <strong>English</strong>.</li><li><strong>Interactive Online Delivery:</strong> The training must not be limited to pre-recorded videos. Against a background of political crisis, Sudan faces economic and social turmoil, with sharp increases in food and energy costs, further exacerbated by disease outbreaks and ongoing conflict.</p><p> </p><p><strong>POSITION PROFILE</strong></p><p><strong>The overall purpose of the role</strong>:</p><p>The MEAL Partnership Specialist supports the strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems and practices of DRC’s local partners, including national NGOs, CBOs, and volunteer groups such as Emergency Response Rooms and Mutual Aid Groups. </p><p>Working under the supervision of the MEAL Manager and in close coordination and technical guidance from the Partnership Manager/ Partnership Coordinator, the role provides tailored technical support to partners in developing MEAL frameworks, data collection tools, partners’ IPTTs, FCM and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with DRC MEAL standards and donor requirements.</p><p>The position focuses on improving data quality, verification of Means of Verification (MoVs), capturing and sharing lessons learnt, and accuracy of reporting practices, including consolidation of indicators in the indicators in the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT).
