Specifically, ensure children harmed or at risk of being harmed are identified and receive individual case management support by ensuring the use of the standardized case management tools, and case management principles are adhered to by the case workers and social workers. Provide training and technical support to the case workers & social workers in consultation with the Project Manager and Area CPiE Coordinator. The role will strengthen collaboration with other functions, conduct safety and security assessments, make recommendations, and support their implementation across country programmes. The HASSM will help implement Save the Children’s Safety and Security Policy and Standards and Duty of Care Policy, drive improvements in safety and security management, and support compliance with Minimum Standards.
