This role aims to ensure reliable and secure ICT systems that enable effective communication and support for humanitarian efforts.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Objective 1: Manage the country office's computer fleet (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with ICT standards on workstations (Kit Log);</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with the operating rules of the antivirus, its update on the workstations, its monitoring;&nbsp;</li><li>Install the AAH package on all new devices to be used by newly recruited staff; create new AAH accounts for newly recruited staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of computers and check monthly that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks have been carried out;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up on and monitor the maintenance and repair of all ITC equipment by any third-party providers;&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipate and identify ICT equipment needs in connection with his/her line manager, participate in the development of budgets and place orders;&nbsp;</li><li>Report to the hierarchy any problem related to the management of ICT equipment;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the follow-up of any external service providers (maintenance and repair services, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>Objective 2: Manage the ICT Infrastructure (20%)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Install and maintain the local networks of the country office according to the standards (kit log), guaranteeing a continuous and stable connection that is adapted to the needs of the office staff.</li><li>Check that network equipment is working properly.</li><li>Supervise the data backup system (backup policy).</li></ul><p><strong>Objective 3: Ensure continuous means of telecommunication (internet, radio, satellite) (25%)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and guarantee the correct functioning of all means of communication at the coordination office and across all bases, including internet, mobile phones, radio and satellite telephones.&nbsp;</li><li>Carry out regular tests on the use of these communications channels and devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as focal point with all local telecommunications providers (Internet, fixed and mobile telephony, etc.) and ensure the cost-efficiency and the rationalization of associated costs;</li></ul><p><strong>Objective 4: Provide user support &amp; training (25%)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Train users in the proper use of ICT resources, the ICT basics and compliance with security rules upon arrival and at regular intervals.</li><li>Provide users with training on equipment and applications;</li><li>Respond to daily technical support requests;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide troubleshooting support to the entire mission with regards to internet access, access to AAH platforms and hardware issues, as well as providing tips and suggestions on good practices and productivity tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide in-person support at base level whenever possible; guarantee remote support otherwise. Report the problems encountered and the suggested solutions to the Logistics Coordinator.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the identification of training needs, the development of training materials and their dissemination, in coordination with the HR department.</li></ul><p><strong>Objective 5: Produce reports, analysis and improvements (10%)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Carry out a monthly inventory and update the equipment list and inventory list for all ICT items in the Coordination office;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with base logistics staff to ensure ICT items (and their users) aner integrated into the mission equipment list on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Logistics Coordinator in managing donated equipment at the end of any contracts in compliance with internal and donor regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate monthly reports on the use, capacity and issues of the ICT and internet network; ensure that the logistics department can capitalization on the data obtained from these reports&nbsp;</li><li>Propose the implementation of ICT resources improving the work efficiency of users in accordance with the standards</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. and sub-national coordination teams, including partner capacity mapping, service availability and functionality assessments, response monitoring, operational gap analysis, and preparedness and response capacity assessments.</li><li>Provide information and analysis for project proposals, appeals, reports and dashboards, supporting coordinated resource mobilization and operational decision-making.</li><li>Contribute data-driven analysis to the 2027 Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC), Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) and Joint Inter-Agency Appeals Group (JIAG), ensuring health data and needs are integrated into broader humanitarian planning and prioritization.</li><li>Prepare monthly updates from sub-national hubs by compiling weekly inputs from health partners for the management, preferably supporting Health or Nutrition Clusters, including at least 5 years of directly related experience in information management, monitoring, needs assessment, data management, project management and information dissemination in public health, health development or humanitarian emergency settings.</li><li>Demonstrated Health Cluster information management experience, including 4Ws, HeRAMS, ActivityInfo, dashboards, GIS mapping, humanitarian reporting, HNO processes, health assessments, partner mapping and service availability analysis.</li><li>Advanced practical skills in Power BI, Excel, Kobo Toolbox, ArcGIS/GIS, dashboard development, database management and data visualization.</li><li>Proven experience designing data collection tools, SOPs, information products, maps, infographics, dashboards and situation reports, with strong attention to data quality and standardization.</li><li>Experience working with WHO, UN agencies, NGOs and inter-agency coordination mechanisms in complex emergency settings.</li><li>Strong analytical, coordination, facilitation, communication and capacity-building skills, with the ability to translate data into clear
