<p>Duty Station: Khartoum<br>Closing Date: 06 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p>The Health Manager contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by ensuring effective and efficient project implementation of the health programs in line with the project objectives, timelines and budget. The post holder will manage, monitor and evaluate the assigned health project, in close collaboration with the Nutrition Manager. The role holder will encourage beneficiary participation and setup of complain and feedback mechanism, PSEA standards observed to prevent do no harm via staff train on PSEA, liaison with community leaders, coordinating with MOH/HAC/COR and other stakeholders, local partners and UN agencies</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p><strong>Technical Support</strong></p><ul><li>Lead in technical support to the health team including capacity building/trainings, monitoring and supervision and straightening local capacity particularly of the MOH/Medical Teams clinic staff to ensure quality and integrate primary care service provision, including SRH/EPI/Community health etc..</li><li>Cooperate with Nutrition Manager and other Health staff to ensure both short-term and long-term impacts/outcomes for the beneficiaries, local health authorities and donors.</li><li>Provide input into integration of beneficiary participation and accountability (AAP) aspects for the project which includes the setup of Complain & feedback mechanism.</li><li>Support the HIS team in health information management and coordinate with the MEAL team on setup indicators and reporting. </li></ul><p><strong> Management</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Health staff on the overall implementation of the health project component including detail planning, implementation/ monitoring and evaluation as well as timely reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the logistics and procurement team, ensure that the procurement and logistic process are smooth with timely deliverables.
