Follow up the loading processes and the communications with transporters and the point of delivery, until the receipt of GRN and/or authenticated waybill(s).</li><li><i>Reporting:</i> responsible for reporting on stock status and consumption tracking of all goods, supplies and items in the entire store in West Darfur states.</li><li><i>Stock replenishment</i>: maintain records of the desired minimum & maximum level as per Agency standards. Follow up on the process of replenishment of stocks of all items in the store. </li><li><i>Gate Pass:</i> prepare gate pass to be approved for all items leaving the Office premise, and ensure adherence by all.</li><li><i>TIM:</i> Attain TIM training and further work on data provision for TIM warehouse Report<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Fleet Management</strong></p><p>Under the direct supervision of the zonal SC Manager to;</p><ul><li>Ensure all vehicles are mechanically sound and in good condition at all times according to drivers standing instructions. </li><li>Ensure that all drivers adhere to SCI policy and procedures for vehicle services maintenance and conduct driver’s performance reviews. </li><li>Ensure vehicles hired by projects have agreements and payment made as agreed and on time.</li><li>Allocate vehicles by ensuring they are assigned as per program needs and<i> that the vehicles are fueled on specified days and fuel liters recorded in the logbook. </i></li><li>Ensure vehicle insurances and road licenses are renewed when they fall due and copies of the same are properly filed.</li><li>Prepare and follow up arrangements for land/air transport of goods and material from HQ to FOs. </li><li>Prepare the necessary documents and logs. for producing the fleet monthly reports. </li><li>Following up with any documents related SCI vehicles (ownership, disposal and loan). </li></ul><p><strong>Asset Management</strong></p><ul><li>Under the direct supervision of the zonal SC Manager to work on performing the Periodical Physical Asset inventory and,</li></ul><p>Prepare the updates for the inventory assets register (including tagging and receiving assets disposal forms).</p><ul><li>Assist with the HAC annual and bi-annual reports for assets, and donor report on asset section when required.</li><li>Assist with ensuring all SCI Assets are updated on a monthly basis.</li></ul><p><strong>Staff, Performance Management & Capacity Building</strong></p><p><i>When applicable to :-</i></p><ul><li>Lead, supervise and motivate direct reports, ensure they have clear objectives and receive meaningful feedback on their performance regularly (in line with Save the Children performance management procedures).</li><li>Create and maintain a cooperative, collaborative and positive working environment where staff have clear roles and responsibilities, participate in decision making and are supported in progressing towards their objectives.</li><li>Lead on capacity building of direct line reports through coaching, mentoring and training.</li></ul><p><strong>Child Safeguarding</strong></p><ul><li>Act as an ambassador for child safeguarding in both professional and personal life. This position entails strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cash programs aimed at supporting vulnerable populations affected by conflict in Sudan. The Cash Project Manager will ensure the program's alignment with CARE's strategic objectives and donor requirements while promoting accountability, compliance, and high-quality implementation. <p>JOB CODE: LS03200<br>SALARY: 1450 $<br>Section/Unit: LOGISTICS & SUPPLY<br>Grade Level: 6<br>Supervisor: LOGISTICS TEAM LEADER<br>No. of Post: 1<br>Duty Station: NORTH KORDOFAN - EL OBEID<br>Duration: Fixed-term contract ending on 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension<br>Closing Date: 14 Sept 2026</p><h4>Background</h4><p>We are seeking a proactive supply chain professional who will plan, coordinate, and supervise key supply activities, including procurement, warehousing, transport, and customs, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of goods in line with MSF standards to support uninterrupted mission operations.</p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Ensuring an effective running of the supply activities in the project on a day-to-day basis as specified by the line manager, ensuring compliance to MSF standards, protocols and procedures. The activities can include one or more of the following areas:</li><li>Warehouse: Planning and supervising the execution of the Warehouse and Stock Management activities in the project or capital ensuring sufficient stock for the effective functioning of the supply activity to avoid stock ruptures, losses and excess stocks in the mission, controlling and monitoring the medical and non-medical stocks and assets and ensures that storage is carried out under optimum conditions.</li><li>Procurement: Planning and supervising the procurement activities in the project or capital ensuring an efficient and on-time purchasing.</li><li>Transport and Customs: Planning and Supervising the execution of all activities related to an efficient clearance and shipment of goods in the mission ensuring the clearing and the transport of medical and non-medical goods of the mission</li><li>Other supply activities</li><li>Communicating with customers, keeping them up to date concerning their order status and prioritizing procurement and transport according to their needs</li><li>Supervising, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required</li><li>Ensuring smooth running of administration and procedures related to his/her supply activities</li><li>Performing delegated tasks according to his/her specialty and as specified in his/her job description</li></ul><p>MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities</p><ul><li>With the support of the line manager, participate and support in the writing, translation and follow/-up of all the Supply & Procurement related contracts and agreement, ensuring that all procedures are followed and respected.</li><li>When needed, or upon request of the line manager, participate in other warehouse-related activities, such as inventory, reception and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Having a customer-oriented approach, ensuring that all needs are met and, with the support of the line manager, identify the priorities or being able to propose alternative solution</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td>Education</td><td>Essential bachelor's degree, in commercial studies, supply chain or related fields</td></tr><tr><td>Experience</td><td>Minimum 2 years working experience in Supply Chain activities or related jobs in INGO</td></tr><tr><td>Languages</td><td>Essential English B2 level.
