Protection</h2><ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential databases for OSP and other child welfare projects.</li><li>Maintain records of home visits, school visits, cluster visits and services provided.</li><li>Maintain beneficiary contact details and stakeholder directories.</li><li>Maintain case files, assessment forms, referral follow-up documents and monitoring tools.</li><li>Ensure safe storage of personal data (hard and soft copies), including photos and videos.</li><li>Use digital tools (Kobo/ODKToolbox) when applicable for data collection and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data protection, safeguarding and Do-No-Harm standards.</li></ul><h2>Objective 3: Coordination & Community Engagement</h2><ul><li>Maintain close coordination with sponsored families and schools to ensure smooth programme implementation.</li><li>Identify local partners and organizations working in the same area to avoid duplication.</li><li>Coordinate with INGO/NGOs, government departments and community structures.</li><li>Mobilize and empower mothers/guardians to support children’s wellbeing.</li><li>Coordinate with local authorities, schools, health facilities and service providers to strengthen support for orphans and vulnerable families.</li><li>Ensure 100% payment confirmations with families.</li><li>Raise awareness among families and communities on child protection, safeguarding, children’s rights and access to services.</li></ul><h2>Objective 4: Reporting& Documentation</h2><ul><li>Prepare and submit monthly field activity plans.</li><li>Support timely submission of Monthly Reports, sponsor reports and group meeting minutes.</li><li>Submit stakeholders’ meeting minutes and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Collect and document impact stories and success stories monthly.</li><li>Prepare case updates, home visit reports and recommendations for programme management.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all reporting.</li></ul><h2>Objective 5: Monitoring & Evaluation</h2><ul><li>Assist Programme team during field visits and assessments.</li></ul><p><br> </p><ul><li>Conduct monitoring of orphan families through regular domestic visits.</li><li>Hold monthly/quarterly meetings with clusters/committees to address monitoring findings.</li><li>Collect school performance forms, enter data and maintain updated databases.</li><li>Conduct school visits to monitor children’s performance and ensure sponsorship is used appropriately.</li><li>Report any risks or protection concerns affecting children.</li><li>Support efficient monitoring and evaluation of orphan projects to achieve desired results.</li></ul><h2>Objective 6: Child Protection & Safeguarding</h2><ul><li>Ensure secure handling of sponsor child addresses and correspondence.</li><li>Conduct child protection Quality Checks for all correspondence materials.</li><li>Sensitize children, parents/guardians and stakeholders on children’s rights and responsibilities.</li><li>Identify and refer child protection cases to appropriate internal/external services.</li><li>Sensitize families on complaint response mechanisms and safeguarding policy.</li><li>Promote Do-No-Harm, confidentiality, non-discrimination and child-friendly approaches.</li><li>Ensure safe, respectful and culturally sensitive interactions With Children and caregivers.</li></ul><h2>Objective 7: Other Duties</h2><ul><li>Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOM/Field Coordinator.</li><li>Ensure all interventions align with SIF strategy, child protection standards and humanitarian principles.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required</h4><p><strong>Education:</strong><br>• BA in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Human Rights or related fields.<br><strong>Experience</strong><br>• 2–3 years of relevant experience in child-related projects, social mobilization or humanitarian fieldwork.<br>• Experience in emergency or conflict-affected contexts is an asset.<br><strong>Technical Skills & Abilities</strong><br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and in remote environments.<br>• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>• Experience with digital data collection tools (Kobo) is an advantage.<br>• Strong report writing and documentation skills.<br>• Basic knowledge of child sponsorship programmes.<br>• Flexibility, adaptability and cultural sensitivity.<br><strong>Competencies</strong><br>• Respect and
