Remaining on duty until other watchman comes to do a handover, never leaving the post unattended.</li><li>Organizing traffic of vehicles within the premises and directs them in and out.</li><li>Checking that the doors and windows are locked and lights are off when people leave premises. Checking that security lights are working properly and informing line manager of any possible problems.</li><li>Keeping area within <strong>MSF</strong> premises clean and tidy (ex. empty dustbins, sweep paths, etc.) and performs general maintenance activities of the garden (ex. cut grass, maintain flower beds, prune trees if necessary, etc.).</li><li>Maintaining watchmen's torch and other lighting tools, returning used batteries and keeping the necessary supply of spare batteries. Maintaining communication equipment (radio) in working conditions and providing battery availability.</li><li>Supervising diesel/petrol tank levels and providing spare can(s) of fuel. We are looking for an experienced <strong>EORE, NTS, VA Coordinator</strong>, will be responsible for ensuring that protection principles, safe programming, and Do‑No‑Harm approaches are integrated/ and or mainstreamed across all DCA interventions in Sudan. The role provides technical support, conducts field monitoring, strengthens partner capacity, and contributes to protection assessments, analysis, and reporting, with a specific focus on Group Cash Transfers (GCT). The role involves identifying protection risks, supporting community-based protection structures, and ensuring that GCT reaches the most vulnerable and responsive to community priorities. without doing harm.</p><p>The EORE, NTS, VA Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Head of programme (HoP)/ and HQ Mine Action advisor.</p><p>This position will be based in Port Sudan/ with possibility to go back to Khartoum and with field travels to the areas of operation. </p><h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4><p>Technical Leadership</p><ul><li>Provide overall technical oversight of DCA’s HMA programming in Sudan, with focus on EORE, NTS, and Victim Assistance.</li><li>Ensure all activities are implemented in accordance with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS), national
