The current GOAL programmes focus on four main sectors: Primary Health Care, Nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL).</p><p> </p><p><strong>General Description of the Role</strong></p><p>The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of quality clinical and preventive health services across supported Primary Health Care Centers (PHCs). Specifically, ensure children harmed or at risk of being harmed are identified and receive individual case management support by ensuring the use of the standardized case management tools, and case management principles are adhered to by the case workers and social workers. The role contributes to improving access, retention, and learning outcomes while reducing protection risks such as child labor, early marriage, and exploitation. The position ensures alignment with project design, INEE Minimum Standards, World Vision education in emergency implementation standard, and integrated multi-sector responses, working closely with government, clusters, and communities.
